Incentives Federal CDBG Program
The Home Energy Resiliency Improvement Program (CEWRI-HH) offers low-income families the ability to install a renewable solar energy system completely free of charge.
This program covers 100% of the cost of solar systems for eligible families, with a maximum limit of up to $30,000.
