Cleaning

A detailed  pressure wash will ensure we get your roof to it's original state. We will remove the membrane or any other sealing material that was previously used.

Primer

Optional Step; Depending on the porosoty of the concrete or if the roof has a preexisting treatment for micro cracks.

Correction

All  cracks and fissures as well as areas of deep deterioration are corrected and  repaired.

Sealant

Our sealing material is 100% silicone based and applied with a single hand process.  Once the work is inspected , the end evaluation should meet the manufacturer's code; they will then issue the  certificate for a lifetime limited warranty.
